This expansion project with Greenbrier Development
includes bold new residences with unique hybrid design
homes and exciting new amenities. The interior architectural
design pushed the envelope to enhance new dining
experiences with “ACTION” kitchen venue (to inspire
appetite), anytime Café and mixed use Living/Lounges.
Transforming into intimate hospitality spaces for both
residents and staff adds dimension and a casual confidence; a
whole new level to re-creating and molding a new standard
of expectation for residents/family to THRIVE and LIVE in an
enriched lifestyle.
