Fixing Conditions
The final level of quality achieved depends on the quality of the site operatives and
site conditions. We provide the right environment to achieving quality by:
• Ensuring at all times a clean working area
• Ensuring sufficient area is available
• Protecting adjacent work
• Programming areas for continuity of the works
Responsibility for quality on this project will not be delegated to a removed quali-
ty control division but will be retained by the site management team. Our goals for
quality control are the Client’s goals and the Project Manager will lead the effort to
achieve these goals.
