General Statement Policy
Health and Safety is our core business value at Gallery Francais and we are ENVIRONMENT PLAN
committed in creating a future free of incidents and injuries, where:

People are able to make safe choices about their own and co-workers’ safety and
to challenge their work environment.
Aqequate general safety practice is never neglected but rather admired, respected
and recognised.
We have a well trained and fully competent workforce who actively contributes
to the safe planning of their respective work and take pride in everyone returning
home safely at the end of the day. Our company recognises the importance of
discharging all its constitutional obligations and duties and our minimum health
and safety obligations are those required by relevant legislation and authoritative
guidance. Gallery Francais Design & Build will take appropriate steps to meet, and
in any cases, enhatnce these requirements.

Gallery Francais Board of Directors fully endorses this policy. They will ensure that
a documented Health, Safety and Environmental Management System is main-
tained, containing the arrangements and organisational details on how these re-
quirements will be accomplish.

The Management ensures a periodic review of this management system to guar-
antee it remains legally compliant, achievable, relevant and credible.
