Wolferton Terminal Pumping Station, Sandringham Estate
● RoadCem used for piling working platform and access for a variety of
construction activities within an arable site with very soft, wet, silty
cohesive soils, and very high groundwater.
● Sheet piling and bored piling activities were carried out on the very soft
soils without any concerns.
● The piling platform rotovated back to arable soil at the end of the
construction period.
● The Client made significant cost and time savings by using RoadCem
and minimised local HGV traffic disruption.
