(c) Inclement Weather. If you are late or absent from work due to adverse
weather conditions, you will not receive compensation for time lost
unless you are notified that the entire office will be closed or is
opening late. However, if the workload permits, you may make up
lost time within the same pay week or you may charge it against
accrued vacation leave time.
