C. PERSONNEL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
These Personnel Policies and Procedures are a guide for the employees of Molzen
Corbin to the general policies and procedures in the area of personnel administration.
They are also provided in order that employees understand what is expected of them
by the Company. Molzen Corbin recognizes the value of predictable and consistent
personnel administration, but it also recognizes that, as circumstances, needs, and
situations change, Molzen Corbin’s policies, procedures, and practices may need to
reflect those changes. As such, with the exception of the at-will policy, these Personnel
Policies and Procedures are subject to change and refinement, with or without notice.
This Personnel Policies & Procedures Guide is intended to provide guidance, not
mandates. Nothing in this guide should be interpreted as a promise or a contract.
Our employees are free to leave their employment at any time. Similarly, Molzen
Corbin retains the right to terminate any employment relationship at any time, and
for any reason. This arrangement is called “at-will employment.”
For the sake of clarity, employees should understand that no oral representations,
statements, or promises made at any time which are different from these written
policies and procedures will be binding on Molzen Corbin, unless they are made by
the Chief Executive Officer and reduced to writing. In addition, of course, all
situations and circumstances are different, and some may indicate to the Company
that it should do something differently from what is described in these Personnel
Policies & Procedures without advance notice. Molzen Corbin expressly reserves
the right to deviate from these policies as it sees fit. Similarly, compensation and
other benefits are always under review, and changes in them may be initiated by the
Company and implemented from time to time.
