                         Sexual harassment refers to conduct that affects a person’s work performance by
                         creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment that impedes a

                         harassment, the federal government has issued the following guidelines: Title VII

                         sexual favors, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature,”
                         particularly in situations where:

                          Submission to such conduct is either an explicit or implicit term or condition of
                             employment or advancement;
                          Submission to or rejection of such conduct is used as the basis for decisions
                             affecting an individual’s employment or advancement; or
                          Such conduct has the purpose or effect of interfering with a person’s work
                             performance or creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work
                             environment.
