General Merchandise Systems ‐ Optional Modules & Functions

1. Ability to take credit cards in A/R Invoicing to apply to outstanding
invoices. Cost $1250

2. Ability to pre‐authorize Credit Cards via the Allocation Process. A modified
allocation module to let you process a credit card when transferring to a pick ticket
from the allocation module.

This will eliminate you having to get a pre‐authorization. Allocated based on terms
(Credit Card) and the system would add a % to the p/t amount for freight and then
would get a pre‐authorization for the amount on the p/t plus the freight and would
save those to pick ticket.

Ones that could not be authorized were not saved to a p/t would require you to
contact customer for another credit card. Cost $1250
