WICK F.C.
Joe Thomas - Midfield
A defender’s nightmare. Lightening quick with two wonderful feet, he provides a real outlet going forward. Plays on either flank
providing wicked balls into the box whilst also possessing an admirable goal-scoring record. A loyal owl, gets better each season.
Scored 5 goals in the 2019/2020 season in 20 appearances with 3 MOM's and hoping to improve on this.
Jordan Yeo - Midfield
Recently joined from Cribbs, after having a short spell with Frome Town. Lightening pace and great feet. Another player in the 'Owls' Mark 'Fluff'
ranks who's a great crosser of the ball, so expecting a number of assists this season. Also has an eye for goal and is a regular on the Faithfull
scoresheet. Loves his music
Ben Harris - Midfield/Forward
Exciting player signed from Keynsham and has previously played at Bitton FC. Has scored a number of great goals in pre-season
including a hatrick against Totterdown & we are hoping that will continue into the season. Winger by trade, but can also play up front.
Has an array of skills and can pick a player from either flank.
Grant Hewitt - Midfield
Neat and tidy player who goes about his business with skill and pose. Never gets flustered and will be in the mix competing for the
midfield and defensive roles this term. Great fitness, always keen to impress and hardly misses a training session. Appeared in last
seasons MGCL rep team.
Ryan Ross - Forward
New signing for this season. Has played in 7 of the pre-season games, scoring 4. Ryan's previous clubs include Dorchester Town,
Portland Utd Marion & Dorcester Sports.Bags of energy and two great feet. Has that nack of popping up in the right place at the right
time to score. MGCL defences beware
Jordan Scott - Forward (Assistant Mgr)
An old fashion target man with 2 great feet, is working hard on fitness in preseason. Enjoying his 4th season & is always not far from
the 6 yard area. Started brilliantly in the 2019/2020t season, however, picked up a number of long term injuries which limited him to
only 10 appearances. Still scored 6 goals and assisted 5 goals. Has experience at playing MGCL football and is relishing the
opportunity to improve his goal to game ratio.
