                                          The present revision petition has been filed against the judgment dated
                       12.07.2013 of the Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
                       Hyderabad (‗the State Commission‘) in Appeal no. 623 of 2012.
                          2.     The facts of the case as per the petitioner/ complainant are that Rachakonda
                       Ramaiah  son  of  Somaiah  resident  of  Madla  took  an  insurance  policy  bearing  no.
                       LN100900137836  for  Rs.2,25,000/-.  The  validity  of  the  said  policy  was  from
                       28.09.2009 to 28.09.2024. During the existence of the said policy, Ramaiah died on
                       05.03.2010.  The  petitioner  being  the  nominee  under  the  said  policy  informed  the
                       same to the respondent no.1. The respondent no. 1 on 12.07.2010 informed the peti-
                       tioner that Ramaiah had suppressed his ailments of diabetes, urine infection and kid-
                       ney failure as per the statement said to have given by Dr K Venkateswara Rao. She
                       allege that Shri Ramaiah had never suffered with diabetes at any point of time. The
                       authorities of the respondents obtained certificate from Dr K Venkateswara Rao by
                       making false representation. Hence, the repudiation of the claim by the respondents is
