Our PACE team has evaluated GivingPoint’s current and past marketing and outreach practices and examined opportunities for distribution of our client’s curriculum pertaining to their social entrepreneurship program. We have also researched similar programs both in the Atlanta area and out of state, in an effort to investigate what constitutes best practices in the industry from a marketing perspective, as well as organizational perspective. Furthermore, we have explored several options that can support GivingPoint’s growth plans from a financial perspective. This report aims to provide a better understanding of the current market conditions that can affect GP’s growth plans, as well as a clear trajectory to achieving those plans.
