happens, it will prevent the film from reaching
the os, which is why reaching the os quickly
within 4-5 seconds is an important skill to
master. To prevent
sticking to your finger or
to the vaginal wall, you
can apply a small amount
of lubricant or natural oil.
A small percentage of women are sensitive
to the spermicidal ingredient which could
cause burning or itching. If this happens, you
can try using it again a few days later. If it
still feels uncomfortable then you may want
to consider another spermicide or method of
contraception.
