WILD AT HEART Federico “Fiddi” Angermeyer tells Paddock Life why he became a WildAid
Embasador.
The fabulous thing about creating Paddock Life is the places we go and the people we meet. It’s early December and we are on a 103ft Superyacht just off the coast of Thailand with a group of people who have have come to Kata Rocks luxury resort for the superyacht rendezvous, so they all have a few things in common; they love boats, they love the ocean, they are all luxury brand consumers and they are all pretty wealthy and fairly in uential people, so when Jenny came to nd me saying I had to meet someone I followed her to the top deck where I was introduced to Federico Angermeyer or “Fiddi” as he is known.
Obviously, a keen sailor and based in the Galapagos Islands, Fiddi runs tours and charters from his current boat Wild Passion. Raised on the islands, he left aged 14 to study in the U.S. and become a scientist, but was lured back to his spiritual home in 1974, which was all very interesting, but what he really wanted to talk about was his passion for WildAid.
