PERFORMANCE RELATED BONUS STRUCTURE
Following a recent review of the Company’s performa
nce and profitability we have been
working on providing a reward strategy to improve t
he overall performance of the group.
We are introducing a targets-based bonus scheme whi
ch recognises both business and
individual performances. The targets set will focus
on the following 3 key factors:
1.
Individual Targets
2.
Team Performance
3.
Venue Results
These will be weekly, monthly (including financial
results) and quarterly reviews.
PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETINGS
Informally
– The team weekly meetings will carry the same for
mat as current. The week that
the monthly financial results are available Kerrie
Evans will attend to discuss the results.
Formally
– Quarterly: 5

December 2019 and 4

March and an interim review

An introductory meeting will be held on Monday 13
th
May at 16:00 pm
