positive and we are already planning a similar prefered choices and to have a growth mind
group next year with the possibility of some set about trying something new. Overall this

who were unable to attend. the children and staff.

Our department hosted a parenting workshop Ms Colette Davis
with Marie Marchand who has been a regular

speaker at BHS. This year she focused on
supporting parents in their dealings with
pre-teens and how to deal positively with the

changes your children go through at this time.

        to attend.

fine motor skills, mathematics, gross motor
skills and touch typing to name just a few!

been exposed to a wider variety of lunch club
activities with the introduction of our ‘teacher

choice’ element. They have tried playdough,
kinetic sand, crafts, reading, building and
many more exciting activities. Our aim was for

our children to try and to enjoy a few non-
