• And now let us notice our thoughts. As
we receive and pay attention to our full
experience of the situation let us make
space for considered reflection. As we
play with possibilities in our mind, do
               any new insights arrive?

As we consider the situation from all
perspectives, let us then bring the questions back
        to ourselves.

            • Where do we sit in relationship with this
situation and what would be the most
               respectful way forwards?

            • How might we consider responding and
what, if anything, can we do towards
               initiating change? The most respectful
               way forwards may involve taking
immediate action. However, it might also
involve an in-action, taking more time to
look in-wards to reflect and consider.
            • Can a resolution be sought and what
               would constitute a valuable outcome?

As we allow ourselves to dream in mindful
contemplation, welcoming both our heart, as
well as our mind, answers and ways forwards
will inevitably arrive as they should.
