Whenever you experience uncertainty or overwhelm, it is time to
                 find some Quiet within yourself.

                 It is time to be still… and it is time to listen!

                 Take a particular situation and give yourself time and space to
                 listen.

                 Listen with your ears.

                     What information are you hearing? Factual information, words,
                     language, tone of voice? Listen?

                 Listen with your eyes.

                     What are you seeing, what can you ‘hear’ with your eyes? What
                     actions are taken? Are they the consequences and the result or
                     outcome of previous actions? Is there a repetition of a pattern or
                     similar behavior? What emotions are visually present? What
                     body language do you see? Can you see a re-action rather than a
                     re-sponse? Listen?

                 Listen with your body.

                     What is your “gut feeling” telling you? Where in your body are
                     you experiencing this situation? We experience emotions in our
                     physical body, in fact there are many sayings that give us clues
                     about the way our body carries emotional experience. We
                     “shoulder” responsibility. It got “under my skin”. I had a “lump in
                     my throat”. What emotions are present and where do they sit
                     within you? What are they saying to you? What is their story?
                     Listen?
