Jeff Cogswell - Contract Web Developer
Jeff is a seasoned software developer whose 25 + years experience has spanned virtually every aspect of the
software development cycle. He started with the C++ programming language when the language was brand new
and spent the next several years mastering that language. Jeff later authored one of the first popular books called
Simple C++, published by Waite Group Press. His work moved from desktop software to large-scale systems that
served as the back engine for billing systems used by several of the biggest telecommunication companies. In 2000,
he made the transition to web programming, and during his 20 year history, Jeff authored 10 additional books,
including a couple in the popular "For Dummies" series, covering topics such as C++, ASP.NET, Delphi, and Web
programming.

Dolly T. Rump - Director of Political Partnerships
During the 2016 Presidential Election cycle, Dolly served as Chair of the Broward County Campaign for Donald
Trump. And with over a decade of political experience, Dolly will step up again to lead his Broward County 2020
re-election campaign with an eager team of true Patriots. Dolly is the former GOP Secretary for the Broward
Republican Executive Committee and also served as Director of Operations in the Coral Springs office for Governor
Rick Scott's 2014 campaign and served as Chair of the Broward County Poll Watchers during the 2018 Mid-Term
Elections.
