            Chuck Kirkpatrick - Founder and Chief Dragon Slayer
            Chuck is a proud Navy Veteran, and has been a successful business owner for nearly 40 years. He has been involved
            in the political environment for decades and served as the Fort Lauderdale Campaign Office Manager for the 2016
            Donald Trump for President Campaign.  Representing Veterans For Trump,  he was a Guest Speaker at the Unity
            Rally that kicked off the 2016 Republican National Convention
            in Cleveland Ohio and during the 2018 Mid-Term Elections he
            served  as  a  War  Room  Team  Member  during  Election  Day
            Operations in Broward County.

            Chuck has presented to Congress and dozens of State Legislators
            and Regulatory Agencies across the country.   He served on the
            Board of Directors for the National Association of Professional
            Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and also Chaired their State
            Legislative Affairs Committee and  Chapter Presidents Council.
            In 1999, Chuck co-authored and lobbied for Georgia’s House Bill
            561 which unanimously passed the House and Senate and was
            signed into law by Governor Roy Barnes.  This Bill became the
            NAPEO  model for responsible  industry regulation  across  the
            nation.


            His business success has been profiled in dozens of industry magazines and news articles and was featured in
            Georgia Trend Magazine and on NBC’s “Today in Georgia.” A three time nominee for CEO of the Year, he was
            awarded Ohio’s Enterprise Spirt Award in 1994 for achieving outstanding entrepreneurial success.

            Chris O’Connor - Chief Financial Officer
            Chris was employed by Ernst and Young for nine years focusing on valuation and due diligence analysis.  Over 20
            years experience in merger and acquisition due diligence (participated in over 50 transactions at E&Y),   transaction
            support and  valuation, strategic business plan development,  profit enhancement , Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and
            operations management.

            As an entrepreneur, Chris started 3 businesses in the past 5 years all which have been successful and one business
            sold at substantial profit in 2009.   Chris also participated in growing one company from $20M to $62M over three
            year period. That business was sold for $26M in June 2011. Chris is a graduate of Michigan State University with a
            Bachelors of Administration in Accountancy, and a non-registered CPA in the State of Michigan.
