1. From Case Detail

In the case detail view you can change ownership by selecting the blue [Change] link to the
right of the current owner or queue‟s name in the case owner line.

This view only utilizes the left side of the split screen (may be different on your screen if you
have the right side collapsed), so you can still use the method discussed in the case feed
section if you prefer.
After selecting [Change] you will be taken to the change case owner page.
