How & When to Transfer or Change Ownership
      How to Change Ownership

There are three ways to reach the „Change Case Owner‟ page.

           1. From „My Open Cases‟

This could be from your „My Open Cases‟ tab in the cases drop-down or it could be from the
view you created. Either starting point will yield the same result.
From the overview of all of your cases, select which case needs to be transferred by checking
the box next to the case on the far left of the overview screen. You will know which case has
been selected because a small check mark will appear in the box next to the case you
selected.
Now select „Change Owner‟ which is located to the right of the blue „New Case‟ button. After
selecting change owner you will be taken to the change case owner page (shown below).
