Case Reminders
Case reminders provide the same benefits as task reminders, but are a faster way to create a
task.
To set up a reminder you will go to the „More‟ dropdown above the communication box in the
case feed and select „Case Reminder‟. This will be the second selection from the bottom.
The following dialogue box will open in the communication box and you will provide your
reminder comments.
Once the reminder is created, the task will be in your case feed.
Similar to a task created from the feed, you will need to click on the blue „Case Reminder‟
link to edit the exact time of the reminder.
You can also edit through the details view by navigating to the „Open Activities‟ section and
using the edit button next to your task.
