Step 3: Select Fields to Display
Further down the page there is a list of „Available Fields‟ and „Selected Fields‟. Be aware
that if you like some of the pre-selected fields from your „My Open Cases‟, you may need to
manually add those fields, as well as any other fields you would like.
Recommended
Add the „Follow-Up Date‟ field.
This will allow you to see when
to reach out to the dealer at a
glance.
Add „Exclusive Program‟
field. This adds a red ribbon to
Gallery Centurion cases.
To remove a field from selected simply highlight the field determined for removal and use the
„Remove‟ arrow to put it back into the „Available Fields‟. Use the same process to add fields
by highlighting a field in „Available Fields‟ and using the add arrow to move it to „Selected
Fields‟.
After you have customized your fields you will click „Save‟ to see your new view.
