       Creating a Task: Case Details View

As previously discussed, the details view is one place where your task will be related to your
case. You can also create a task from the details view.
To create a task from the details view, navigate to the „Open Activities‟ section of the details
view and select „New Task‟. This will open a sub-tab of the case page like the one below.

After clicking „Continue‟ you will be brought to the „New Task‟ page. This page should be
familiar to you because it was discussed in the “Creating a Task: Activities Page” section.
Because you created this task from the case it will also be visible in the case feed.
