How to Change Ownership Continued

1. From The Case Feed

To change ownership from the case feed view you are not actually using the case feed. The
feed view is to the left of the split screen, to get to the case owner page you will need to utilize
the right side of the split screen.
Under the „Case Owner‟ field where your name is (or name of the queue if it has not been
assigned to a CSR) you will select „[Change]‟ which is a shortened version of change
ownership.
After selecting change ownership you will be taken to the change case owner page.
