Checking Status / BOM / Tracking (cont.)
From the Additional Search report, you can see the status of the order, look at the BOM and track
the order.
In this example, there is only one order since we searched by the order number, but if you use
a date range for a dealer, there could be several orders on this list.
The report is divided into two sections. The top section is a list of the orders. The
bottom section is the detail of the order and the individual line-items if there are more
than one item. By clicking on the word "DETAIL" next to the order in the top section,
the detail for that order will appear in the bottom section.
Click on the Work Order Click on the status to see Click on the Delivery
Number to see the BOM. the Work Order History. Number to see the
Tracking Information.
