Main Menu Short Cuts (cont.)

In addition to these function key strokes, you can activate a drop-down for each tab which will
show any function key strokes but also will allow you to get to the various screens with a single
letter key.

At the very top of the Customer Service Management Menu screen, you'll see the names of
all the tabs. A single letter is underlined in each name. By entering Alt + the underlined letter,
you'll activate the drop-down menu for that tab.

Alt+q Alt+c Alt+s

Example:
In the Quote and Order drop-down (Alt-q), it shows you that
the function key for changing an order is F7, but that you can
also get to the change screen by just typing "h" when this
drop-down is on the screen.

These drop down menus may be helpful when a function key hasn't been assigned. You'll still be
able to use a shortcut by typing the underlined letter.

Please note that, even though you can activate any of these drop-downs from the
Customer Service Management Menu screen, the function keys and single letter shortcuts
will only work if the appropriate tab is highlighted.
