Entering Standard Quote
In ECC, we are able to enter a potential order and save it. This allows the dealer to get the
price, make the sale with the consumer, then get back to us to place the order without having
to give us all the details a second time. We will have it all stored in the quote. All we need to
do is convert it to a live order.
From the Management Menu, Quote and Order Processing tab, click on Create a Quote.
HD Fab ECC There is only one type of
Quotation document. It's called
a ZQT, but you still may have to
type in ZQT or do a drop-down
(F4) and double click on ZQT.
Then hit Enter.
