Checking Status / BOM / Tracking
This is the preferred method to look up the status of an order, see the BOM, and
track a shipped order.
If you happen to be in the order, you can get this information through the Order Summary
Report.
Click on the "Additional Search" Button
from the Quote and Order Processing
tab of the Customer Service Management
menu.
This brings up the initial screen for Additional Search.
