First Offense: 6 months to 5 years confinement, pay a fine of $1,000.00 to
$2,000.00, and compensation & medical expense for the victim according to
severity of the violation (time spent in confinement will be on a “daily work to
confinement” basis and the offender's entire pay will go directly to his/her family
so that the family doesn't suffer during the period of confinement).

Second Offense: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe. (refer to Sexual
