68. GUIDELINES – Maturity Before/In Marriage

“65. When a female ovulates she by Wu-Nuwaup, and by nature, is ready to bare
children and become a wife; and yet her mind has a lot to do with choices. So her
parents must be consulted on this matter. 66. When a male has his erection and
ejaculation he is, by nature and Wu-Nuwaup, ready to father children and
become a husband; yet his mind has a lot to do with choice and his abilities to
support a family. So his parents must be consulted on this matter.”

“1. Lo! You men of nuwaupu Nuwaupu and wu-Nuwaupu Wu-Nuwaupu,
for I now speak to you of you, about you. 2. A Nuwaupian male becomes a man
when he has an ejaculation in any way, a sign nature says he is ready to help give
birth, manhood. 3. A Nuwaupian man is not a man in the eyes of paa
naJaru Paa Nadjaru according to the standards of the flesh; 4. Yet,
according to the standards of responsibilities; how he responds and how he
respawns.”

“181. And the father and elder men are to teach him to be a protector of his Tribe,
the family of Nuwaupians. 182. He is to be taught the ways of manhood. 184. He
is to be taught responsibilities. 185. He is to be taught male hygiene. 189. A man
must learn he will have to work to support his family and needs a good education
and skills. 190. A Nuwaupian young man is to be taught that he always respects a
Nuwaupian female. 191. A young Nuwaupian male is to relate the word sex with
the word respect. 192. He should not think of just having sex for the pleasure of
it, yet to know that when he chooses a Nuwaupian female that he must respect her
first and her parents. ”
