CHAPTER 999.8 – NUWAUPIAN RULES FOR SEXUAL

VIOLATIONS

The following sexual terms and tribal rules of the United Nuwaupian Nation
are considered sexual crimes which can be applied to man or woman, if

convicted. The accused will be brought before the Supreme Grand Council
of Twenty Four Elders for confirmation. The guilty will be chastised
according to the justices stipulated hereunder:

999.8.1 – ADULTERY

1. Adultery: voluntary sexual intercourse between a married man and someone
other than his wife or between a married woman and someone other than her

2. RULES – Adultery

“35. A Nuwaupian will not have sexual intercourse with the mate of another
Nuwaupian. 36. A Nuwaupian will not pollute their body in any way shape or
form. 37. A Nuwaupian will not bring shame to Nuwaup-u their tribe or family.”

“12. These are your commandments to avoid the evil ones who seek to take your
very soul. 13. And lead you into wickedness. 14. For these things are wicked and

must be opposed: 15. Fornication, adultery, and seduction that which degrades
motherhood. 40. To flirt with another's mate is wickedness. 41. To lust outside
mating is wickedness.”
