28. JUSTICES – Pornography (Subject to change based on the level of violation.).

First Offense:
*Pornographer: a person who writes or sells pornography.

a). For the producer of pornography: 1-5 years confinement and pay a fine of
$1000.00 to $10,000.00. (refer to Sexual Violations – section 999.8-24 –
Pimping)

*if there is a victim - $5,000.00 minimum compensation for the victim
(with Counselling if necessary).

b). For the viewer of pornography: 6 months white-balled from all events

with and activities (with counselling).

Second Offense:

a). For the producer of pornography: banishment from the Tribe.

b). For the viewer of pornography: 1 year white-balled from all events and
activities (with counselling), and pay a fine of $500.00.

Third Offense: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe for the viewer.
