“28. Many of you, both males and females young and old commit indecent sexual
acts with others and they will be receiving by themselves and actions of
indecency, a great penalty for their perversions.”

36. JUSTICES – Rape (Subject to change based on the level of violation.).

First Offense: 3-5 years confinement, pay a fine of $1,000.00 to $2,000.00, and
compensation & medical expense for the victim according to severity of the
violation (with Counseling if necessary).

Second Offense: Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
