                    First Offense:  minimum 60 days suspension from office and white-balled from

                    Second Offense:   minimum 90 days suspension from office and white-balled

                    from all events and activities in our Tribal Nation up to impeachment proceedings
                    depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $360.00 and a
                    minimum of 72hrs in the “Bee Hive”.


                    Third Offense:  Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.
