                    *Disrespect of a Government Official is also, but not limited to any of the
                    following actions:


                       (a) yelling or screaming at a government official
                       (b)curse in public (vulgarity)
                       (c) name calling or heckling
                       (d)humiliate in public


                           Humiliate: to cause (a person) a painful loss of pride, self-respect, or
                           dignity; mortify; to lower or hurt the dignity or pride of. (reference from –
                           Dictionary.com)


                60. RULES – Disrespecting Authority

                    “25. A Nuwaupian will not embarrass another Nuwaupian.  28. A Nuwaupian will

                    unprotected or unreasonably attack another Nuwaupian.”
