minimum 30 days white-balled from all events and activities up to
disfellowship/expulsion from the tribe depending on severity of violation; a
minimum fine of $360.00 and a minimum of 18 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.

(b)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal
Nation:

minimum 90 days suspension from office and white-balled from all events
and activities in our Tribal Nation up to impeachment proceedings
depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $720.00 and a

minimum of 90 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.

Second Offense:

(c) *for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation:

minimum 90 days white-balled from all events and activities in our Tribal

Nation depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $540.00
and a minimum of 54 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.

(d)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the

United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal
Nation:

minimum 180 days suspension from office and white-balled from all events
and activities in our Tribal Nation up to impeachment proceedings
depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $999.00 and a

minimum of 81hrs in the “Bee Hive”.

Third Offense:

(e) *for government or regular tribal members of the Yamassee Tribe of
Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation:
