                           depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $999.00 and a
                           minimum of 18 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.



                   Second Offense:


                       (c) *for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the

                           United Nuwaupian Nation:


                           minimum 180 days white-balled from all events and activities in our Tribal
                           Nation up to disfellowship/expulsion from our Tribe depending on severity

                           of violation; and a minimum fine of $720.00 and a minimum of 27 hrs in
                           the “Bee Hive”.


                       (d)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the

                           United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal
                           Nation:


                           impeachment proceedings and white-balled from all events and activities in

                           our Tribal Nation until impeachment proceedings are finalized, and a
                           minimum fine of $1800.00 and a minimum of 90 hrs in the “Bee Hive” if
                           impeachment is vacated, also white-ball may be extended if impeachment is
                           vacated.


                   Third Offense:


                       (e) *for government or regular tribal members of the Yamassee Tribe of
                           Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation:


                           Disfellowship/Expulsion from the Tribe.


                68. Insubordination: is the act of willfully disobeying one's superior. Refusing to
                    perform an action that is unethical or illegal is not insubordination; neither is
                    refusing to perform an action that is not within the scope of authority of the
                    person issuing the order.  Insubordination is generally a punishable offense in
