79. JUSTICE – Defamation & Slander (Subject to amendment.)

“pg. 42. Any officer can and will be removed by the people for incompetency,
indecency, dishonesty, biases, instability of health both physical or mental.”

First Offense:

(a)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation:

minimum 30 days white-balled from all events and activities up to
disfellowship/expulsion from the tribe depending on severity of violation; a
minimum fine of $360.00, a minimum of 36 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, and

compensation for victim/s if it applies.

(b)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal

Nation:

minimum 90 days suspension from office and white-balled from all events
and activities in our Tribal Nation up to impeachment proceedings
depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $720.00, a

minimum of 72 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, and compensation for victim/s if it
applies.

Second Offense:

(c) *for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation:

automatic disfellowship/expulsion from the tribe, with the option to request
