minimum fine of $360.00 and a minimum of 36 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, and
compensation for victim/s if it applies.

(b)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal
Nation:

minimum 90 days suspension from office and white-balled from all events
and activities in our Tribal Nation up to impeachment proceedings
depending on severity of violation; and a minimum fine of $720.00 and a
minimum of 72 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, and compensation for victim/s if it

applies.

Second Offense:

(c) *for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation:

automatic disfellowship/expulsion from the tribe, with the option to request
a review for re-instatement in the Tribe after appropriate period of
disfellowship/expulsion has elapsed (time period to be determined at time

of judgment); and a minimum fine of $999.00, and compensation for
victim/s if it applies (must be paid before re-instatement is finalized) and
hours for the “Bee Hive” to be determined at time of review.

(d)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal

Nation:

automatic impeachment proceedings and white-balled until proceedings are
finalized, with the option to request a review for re-instatement in the Tribe
after appropriate period of disfellowship/expulsion has elapsed (time period
to be determined at time of judgment); and a minimum fine of $1,898.00,

and compensation for victim/s if it applies (must be paid before re-
instatement is finalized) and hours for the “Bee Hive” to be determined at
