                    actions will bear witness as each moment of their hayah Hayah “Life” is
                    revealed; there is still time left while alive to avoid this qadar Qadar “Fate”.

                89. JUSTICE – Threats of Violence (Subject to amendment.)

                    “pg. 42. Any officer can and will be removed by the people for incompetency,

                    indecency, dishonesty, biases, instability of health both physical or mental.”


                    First Offense:


                       (a)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
                           United Nuwaupian Nation:  *Threat of Violence – Level 1


                           mandatory public apology, minimum 90 days white-balled from all events
                           and activities with a mandatory review with the Supreme Grand Council of
                           24 Elders one month before white-ball ends, up to disfellowship/expulsion
                           from the tribe depending on severity of violation; a minimum fine of

                           $360.00, a minimum of 36 hrs in the “Bee Hive”, and compensation for
                           victim/s.


                       (b)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
                           United Nuwaupian Nation that holds a government office in our Tribal
