mandatory public apology, minimum 180 days suspension from office with

a possibility of confinement and white-balled from all events and activities
in our Tribal Nation with a mandatory review with the Supreme Grand
Council of 24 Elders one month before white-ball ends, or up to
impeachment proceedings depending on severity of violation; and a

minimum fine of $999.00, compensation for victim/s, and a minimum of
180 hrs in the “Bee Hive”.

(c) *for a government or regular tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of

Native Americans, the United Nuwaupian Nation: *Threat of Violence –
Level 2

automatic disfellowship/expulsion from the tribe, with the possible option
to request a review for re-instatement in the Tribe after appropriate period
of disfellowship/expulsion has elapsed totally depending on the

circumstances... (time period to be determined at time of judgment); and a
minimum fine of $999.00 for the disfellowshipped tribal member & a
minimum fine of $1,898.00 for the disfellowshipped ex-government tribal
member, and compensation for victim/s (must be paid before re-instatement

is finalized) and hours for the “Bee Hive” to be determined at time of
review for re-instatement if re-instatement is granted as well as a mandatory
public apology.

Second Offense:

(d)*for a tribal member of the Yamassee Tribe of Native Americans, the
