85. Threat: a declaration of an intention or determination to inflict punishment,
injury, etc., in retaliation for, or conditionally upon, some action or course;
menace; an indication of imminent harm, danger, or pain; a person or thing that is
regarded as dangerous or likely to inflict pain or misery. (reference from –
Dictionary.com)
86. Violence: the exercise or an instance of physical force, usually effecting or
intended to effect injuries, destruction, etc..; an unjust, unwarranted, or unlawful
display of force, esp such as tends to overawe or intimidate; to inflict harm upon;
damage or violate. (reference from – Dictionary.com)
*Threats of Violence on or towards a Government Official will be classified as:
1. Level One: all threats of violence made without the intent of deadly force
(i.e.- “I'll fix her, I'm gonna slash her tires.”)
“I'll fix her, I'm gonna slash her tires.”
2. Level Two: all threats of violence made with an intent of deadly force (i.e.-
“I'm coming back with a gun to blow all of you away.”)
“I'm coming back with a gun to blow all of you away.”
***All Incidents of Threats of Violence Must Be Diffused Before The Incident
Is Heard Before The Council Of 24 Elders and paa mudjay-u Paa
Mudjay-u “Security” Must Be Present During Any And All Hearings!
87. RULES – Threats of Violence
From paa Laraq Paa Ṫaraq “The Way” – “The Divine Rules Of The
Nuwaupians” – v. 29, 32, 39, 45
“29. A Nuwaupian will not trespass upon the privacy of another Nuwaupian or
violate the sanctity of their household. 32. A Nuwaupian will not scheme or plot
on Nuwaupians. 39. A Nuwaupian will not terrorize the unprotected or
unreasonably attack another Nuwaupian. 45. A Nuwaupian will not make women
and/or children weep in fear.”
