Aashah-u “Females”, wear nail polish. It should be removed and replaced before
sleep and kept neat every day. 6. Our wabar Wabar “Hair” is always kept

clean and tidy and neat. The style is our own choice whatever we as individuals
feel presents us at our best. Zazaztat-u Zazaztat-u “Women” with their
extended hatat-hartat Hatat-Hartat “Hat-Har” braid on which ever
side. Zazaz-u Zazaz-u “Men” can wear an extended braid in the back of the
head. 7. We, as Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” both aaSah-u Aashah-u
“Females” and aayaS-u Aayash-u “Males” when we utilize the lavatory,
toilet or washroom we do not just “shake” and or wipe. We wash our private parts

clean both females and males as well as nu-waup-u Karad-u Nuwaup-u
Kharad-u “Nuwaupian Children”, vaginal area, the penis or groin and anal area
as well. This prevents odours and discomfort and even maraD-aat Maradz-
aat “Diseases”. Never cover odours with oils, scents or perfumes, simply wash.
8. Nuwaup-u “Nuwaupians” also keep their inner yaXaNtwy Yazhantwy
“Ears” clean being very careful not to insert any objects, q-tips or other too deep
as to damage oneself. If your yaXaNtwy Yazhantwy“Ears” are pierced, the
holes should also be cleaned. As small as they are, they can hold odours and one
should as well keep their yaNaf Yanaf “Nose” clean and clear. Again do not
insert objects to far up your KaSam Khasham “Nostril” as to do yourself

damage just as blowing the yaNaf Yanaf “Nose” too hard is also not good;
there is what is called a nose douche; yet, do not practice this too often and not
before going outside on bareD Baredz “Cold” or windy zaMut-aat
