step is not to believe or just accept things. Use right reasoning. 100. Proper
Tarkhakh “relaxation” is needed to maintain mental, spiritual, and physical
health. 103. True Tarkhakh comes from removing the stimuli; visual, audible,
and otherwise. 104. Turning into the inner awareness of who you are without the
“they” or inner voices speaking to you at all times, the whisperers. 105. It's the
whispers, the “they” in your own genes that causes you so much unrest pain and
sufferings. 106. Take control of your Ȧaqal mind, body, and spirit. Your etheric
Khaṫ “body” and Baȧ “soul” will follow.”
