The Masonic way of the initiate is therefore the profound
representation of a path of evolution that finds its interior way
to return to be the Adam. Adam, the man who came out of the
earthly Paradise, seizing the matter through the apple and not
the essence of the transformation represented by the fruit of the
tree, had not considered the possibility of the knowledge of
changing from a material element to an element of regeneration.
The York Rite or "of the ancients" is a universal lodge in that
it has
retained its original characteristics, prior to 1717. I have
defined, in my book the York Rite between History and
Metahistory, the York Rite as the basis on which masonry is
founded, it is in truth the father the mother of all masonry.
All that happened in the following years, in the following
centuries, is a contextualization of the evolutionary phenomena,
of cultural type of historical type of social type, but nothing
detracts from the original matrix of Freemasonry which in the
York Rite still has the element of the Universality of a single
Universal Grand Lodge and of which I am, in the international
government, the Grand Orator - the Guardian of Tradition.
Regarding obedience, history speaks. As in the best human
traditions, even in the initiatory path there have been splits,
divisions, even power struggles. Along with these personal
ambitions that led to the creation of "spurious" masonries in
which the original elements i.e. "the initiatory patents or even
better the foundation bubbles" or are not there or have been lost
.... But these are stories of power for uninitiated.

What significance does Freemasons have today, how do we feel on this journey in modern times?
TB-
It feels good, I feel good. In times when everything seems to
have been won through technique and science, the role of masonry
becomes fundamental because it is the essential basis of cultural
knowledge that combines the past with the elements of modernity.
Being a Freemason today means affirming a Masonry of the five Fr.
Preserving tradition in rituality, Preserving initiatory culture,
Preserving Gnostic knowledge, speaking to society, designing the
political future of Man. Certainly, Freemasonry must change its
presence within the social body, must testify to those values
that have made it rich in the past and beyond. Freemasonry was
not only rich because it made the revolutions, or the revival, or
expressed men of enormous influence in history, in research, in
music or in the government of the people was great because it was
Freemasonry of people and spoke at the heart of the people,
emotions and dreams of the simple man, artisans, workers,
students, bourgeois and nobles.
Today Freemasonry must return to speak to people's hearts,
