by some of its notable locals

is elevated and has multiple
layers of flavorful surprises.”
ADAM METCALF
Longtime Lakeway resident and second-genera-
tion pharmacist Adam Metcalf aims to serve Ramen Tatsu-Ya
people, not just fill prescriptions. In 2013 he “Tonkotsu Original with bombs
opened Hill Country Apothecary, a pharmacy that and extra toppings!”
offers compounding services, wellness programs and more
at two locations. Alive + Well, his newest venture, expands
this concept to include meditation and yoga classes and
other services. The serial entrepreneur balances his hard
work by spending time with his wife and three children.
