        to ride regularly while I was in my

        Crew Cycling Trip was my fi rst cycling
        experience in hilly region.
           The excitement for my fi rst Mountain
        Bike ride with my Dynamic Family was
        unexplainable. I woke up twice from
        my sleep, the previous night, with
        the excitement of what I was going to
        experience the following day. It was one
        of those nights I will never forget.
           Next morning, I woke up early,
        grabbed my Bike and rushed from
