THE POWER OF TAKING THE PLUNGE
And how do my tiny choices have anything to
do with what level of success I’m able to attain
(and maintain) in my life?
I’m glad you asked.
Star athletes don’t become champions in the
ring or on the field — they are merely
recognized there.
Success is merely the evidence of the level of
discipline and commitment you’ve held up. It’s
just like physical muscles are proof of your
commitment to work out every day.
We become champions every time we say yes to
our dream, get up early, finished our workout
routine, and do what others are not willing to
do in order to better themselves. Our success
or failure is hidden in our daily routine. That’s
where it all happens. If we cheat there, it will
come out eventually.
Former heavyweight champion, Joe Frazier,
said, “You can map out a fight plan, but when
the action starts, it boils down to reflexes.
That’s where your roadwork shows. If you’ve
cheated on that in the dark of the morning,
you’ll get found out under the bright lights.”
