  Health Advocate
Health Advocate is a special benefit provided by Erbe to help employees and their entire families navigate the health care system and maximize healthcare benefits. This comprehensive service will help with clinical and administrative issues involving medical, hospital, vision, dental, pharmacy, and other healthcare needs.
Health Advocate’s state goal is to help employees and their families get back to their lives, avoiding the pitfalls of navigating the healthcare system. These services are available to all employees, spouses and their eligible dependents.
Use of this benefit is voluntary and strictly confidential.
More information about this benefit can be found in Erbe Benefits Enrollment Guide. The link to EAP resources is located on the Erbe Human Resources Portal.
Employee Fitness Center
Erbe provides a fully equipped fitness center for use by all employees that work in Georgia. Only Erbe employees are authorized to use the fitness center.
The following are basic rules for use of the fitness center:
 Employees use the fitness center at their own risk. Employees understand and accept that physical fitness activities present a risk of injuries, some of which could be significant, and for which employees agree to accept liability.
 Employees authorize the company to secure medical treatment (including transportation) in the event of injury as deemed necessary for immediate care. Employees agree that they are responsible for payment for any and all medical services rendered as a result of injury sustained in the fitness center.
 Employees are advised to consult a physician before starting any fitness program.
 The fitness center is available for use before, during and after business hours. Employees who
do not possess an alarm code should notify a manager if using after 5:00 pm.
 Employees should use equipment with safety in mind at all times.
 Employees who use the gym are responsible for keeping it clean; food and drink (with the exception of hydration products) are prohibited from the gym area.
 An outside company provides periodic onsite maintenance to ensure equipment is in working order. Employees are asked to notify Human Resources of any problems with the equipment.
 Showers and lockers are provided for convenience.
Non-exempt (hourly) employees are required to use the gym during non-work hours (i.e. before
or after work and lunch).
